🎃Halloween is right around the corner… is your curb appeal looking a little spooky?! 👻 🏠

This recently completed home went from dated to dramatic with a complete exterior transformation!

Our design + build team reimagined the home’s original roofline with new architectural gables and opened up the enclosed entry ceiling to create a bright, welcoming space. Updating the exterior materials was the finishing touch!

Proof that sometimes the biggest transformations start from the outside! Swipe to see the before and after! 😍

There’s something especially meaningful about welcoming a client back for another project. 🤍

After trusting Gridley Company with a major whole-home remodel in 2018, these clients returned to us to transform the kitchen and living area of their ADU.

From design and planning through construction and the finishing details, we take pride in keeping our clients informed and doing things the right way. Hearing that our craftsmanship and process continue to earn their trust is exactly why we love what we do.
Thank you to our wonderful clients for choosing Gridley Company again—and for sharing such kind words! 🏡✨

From dated to beautifully refreshed! Swipe to see the before!

This powder room transformation proves that a small space can make a big statement.

BEFORE: Busy patterned wallpaper, dated finishes, and a heavy traditional feel.
AFTER: A warm, sophisticated updated with textured neutral wallpaper, a rich wood vanity, and ch*****ne plumbing, lighting and mirror fixtures.

A fresh take on a classic powder room! ✨

✨This whole house remodel brought a fresh, mid-century modern inspired feel to every space with warm wood tones, clean lines, and thoughtful functionality.

From the updated kitchen and custom cabinetry to the refreshed bathrooms, every detail was designed to feel cohesive while still giving each space their own personality. We love the transformation!✨

From dated to beautifully functional. ✨

One of the biggest changes? We pushed the peninsula out, gaining valuable kitchen space while creating more walking and circulation space within the kitchen. The result is a layout that feels more open, spacious, and comfortable to move through.
