Broken screen on a storm door repaired, loose carpet on a stairway repaired, stove top burners repaired! It's amazing how much grease can get down in the burners and gas or***ce. A long toothpick or piece of wire can usually get it working like new!

I've been so busy lately with projects I haven't had time to post much but here's a good one from one of the last few I've done. This is a problem with a double wide mobile home and moisture entering the closet area through the merge line. They first thought they had a roof leak but after inspecting the roof I thought otherwise. Hot, moist air was entering through the merge line. I pulled off all the trim and anything covering the seam along the walls and ceiling to look for entry points after inspecting underneath and the belly of the home. You could see through to the siding after removing a little insulation. I spray foamed the entire line and checked for air still entering and after satisfied I used a mold remdiation spray and put it back together! When you run central AC in a mobile home it can pull hot air in from outside through the merge line if not sealed correctly!

Garage door repaint! I got a hose and scrubbed it down well, let it dry, and then put 2 coats of a 100% acrylic paint!
