This week, our entire team came together for a full day focused on learning, safety, and growth. From hands-on field refreshers and equipment training to leadership development, HR education, and rolling out new technology and fleet policies, this annual goal is simple: prepare our people to deliver strong solutions every day.

We were also proud to introduce a new company role, Team Supervisor, and recognize the team members who stepped into those leadership positions.
