We were proud to be part of the 2026 Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) Forum in Harrisburg! 🏗️

As part of the forum, Dakota Bitner, Project Manager from JEM Group led site tours of Bethel Village for housing industry professionals from across Pennsylvania.

Tour attendees had the opportunity to see firsthand the newly completed Bethel Village, a 49-unit, 45,000 SF senior community funded in part by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Located at Sixth and Herr Streets, just two blocks from the Pennsylvania Capitol, the reclaimed brownfield site was transformed into sustainable, functional, and affordable housing.

Thank you to everyone who attended the tours and continues to invest in creating strong communities through thoughtful housing development. 👏

Big progress happening at Woodward Lofts...the foundation pour is officially underway!

To help improve safety around the active city site and reduce traffic impacts, the team kicked off the pour early, allowing for smoother coordination and more efficient concrete delivery throughout the process. In total, the pour and finishing process took approximately 13 hours from start to finish. 👏

Projects like this take a tremendous amount of planning, coordination, and teamwork behind the scenes, and we’re excited to continue watching Woodward Lofts come to life!
