We took this old rotted porch down and turned it into real living space. Creating a nice walk-in mud room, adding a pantry, opening up the kitchen, adding an island, opening up the living room and creating a nice little built in for the entertainment system. We also added hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen for a nice seamless look. Design credit, It's All in the Details Home Designs, hardwood flooring, Advantage Hardwood Floors.

Nice little 1000sqft addition... Taking a patio space and adding a large great room with vaulted ceilings with custom made beams, benches, mantle and bar area. Full 13 course basement and a second floor very large master closet. We moved the master toilet to a closet for a second opening into the master closet. We added a nice 16x16 composite deck to walk down into the new patio area. Everything came out perfect! Design credit to It's All in the Details Home Designs

The plan was to design and build a spacious garage to house all outdoor recreational equipment and an ultimate entertainment space. The first floor boasts a perfectly finished and heated garage, while the second floor features a fully equipped bar and kitchen, state-of-the-art golf simulator, dedicated poker room, bathroom facilities, and an expansive outdoor area perfect for enjoying fine bourbon and ci**rs in a relaxed atmosphere. Mission accomplished!!

This home underwent a major renovation, highlighted by a two-story addition with a full basement. A walk-in closet was added to the upstairs bedroom on the second floor. The master bedroom on the first floor was expanded to include a spacious walk-in closet. Additionally, the existing bathroom was converted into a steam shower with direct access from the master bedroom. The project included new siding and a new roof installation.
