We have been working hard!!!

We are near completion on the 44k sqft elementary campus we are building for Fayetteville Christian School.

We are continuing to make progress on our design and build custom homes and are starting our second Custom Spec that will soon be on the MLS.

We are meeting with new clients regularly that are in all stages of our planning and pricing pipelines.

Even with all that, we are also getting close on finishing our new brick and mortar storefront office in downtown Vass. The design aspects going into our office have been intentional and thoughtful. We want to capture the essence of one of Moore County’s premiere custom home builders.

Below is a sneak peak of one of our custom conference tables that we contracted Stubby K Studio to build for us. We knew that as a fellow Veteran owned business that Stubby K would bring the professionalism and dedication to their craft that we have come to admire about them and this table will serve as a center piece in our new office. We’re excited to share the finished project with you and to welcome you all to come by and see it. Stay tuned!!

We are very excited for this post!!!

You have asked and we have listened!! We have been working hard on this, behind the scenes, to bring you an opportunity to buy a custom Mabus home and land package!!

For those of you without the time or budget for a complete “design and build” custom home. We will now offer a “Custom Spec” option.

We will be officially listing the first seven packages next week!! You are getting the first look of this home, already in construction, and planned to be ready for you to have Thanksgiving dinner on your new farm.

This home is at 1105 Harnett Rd. in Cameron and comes with 2.85 acres (Lot 7 on Survey) of established Coastal Bermuda Pasture, in Moore County!!! It’s ready for horses or any other ideas you have for a turn key mini farm!!

This home will be on septic and well. The well is already in and is producing at 20GPM!!!!

Key Turnover Friday!!!

Please enjoy pictures of this great "Design and Build" Custom Home on 10-acres in Moore County. This was such a fun build with a ton of custom features. The design style of the Clients was perfect, and we enjoyed working with them to bring their vision to life.

We understand that a strong Team is what separates the good from the great. We have the best Team of vendors, sub-contractors, and employees. I thank each and every one of them for their efforts on this project. Great Job Team!!!
