A nice little repair job we did for a big commercial building. We removed the rakes ,added a layer of sheeting and then caulked the seams. We did base coat and fabric on the seams. Then we did another layer of base coat and fabric on the entire wall. Then we sprayed a layer of white top coat on the wall. We were able to stop the leaks before they got to bad. We saved the building owner time and money.
