Love seeing this lake home take shape! 😍 What stands out most is just how close the water is to that living room wall of windows. Not every lake lot gives you this kind of connection to the water—and this home makes the most of it.

Imagine settling in with your morning coffee and feeling like you’re right at the water’s edge. That’s a pretty special way to enjoy lake life.

Dreaming of your own custom home at Lake of the Ozarks? Let’s talk. 🏡

This is why people buy a lake home.

Not for the square footage.

For evenings like this.

The finished reveal is coming soon.

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸 About an hour after this picture, our inflatables decided it wanted to celebrate somewhere else. 😂 Just another reminder of how quickly Missouri weather can change!

Most deck projects don't require a crane...

This one does. 😳

This lakefront deck sits so high above the ground that the safest way to remove portions of the structure was to bring in heavy equipment. Stay tuned for what goes back. 👀

We tore down the house that was sitting here just a few weeks ago and now we are back at it building new.

Lake day views are back on the schedule for these clients soon enough. ☀️

One of the biggest advantages of working with our team is that we take you all the way from design to turn-key. From planning and budgeting to framing and final finishes, we help guide the entire process with expert advice every step of the way.

Never in a million years did we imagine this little dream would grow into what it has become. I feel so blessed to be raised here at the lake and its no surprise at all that so many move here chasing dreams. I always say there is no where like it. 🥰

We forgot to brag on this Edward Jones remodel 👏
This project came a long way in a short amount of time, and the transformation speaks for itself.

We’re really proud of how this space turned out and grateful to be part of bringing it to life.
