Lots of prep work in this 1850 Era Home. We had to capsulate the lead paint on all the trim, doors, fireplaces and windows...and painted most of the rooms that we haven't previously painted.

This is the kind of work you get when you hire the cheapest bid. This customer that we have done work for in the past, had recommended to the contractor that did the addition, for us to do the finish work...but they didn't. The customer had hired us to come repair the poor work that was done. These are Pics of the horrible work and during our prep and sanding process.

Before and after Bathroom/ shower remodeling job.. shower had multiple areas where tile and grout were missing for years, so after further inspection under the house, the damage was majorly done! Lots of rework. Even the shower handles weren't centered from the original build...but we got it knocked out!
