IFM is growing and because of this continual growth we need to hire an additional technician. This person will be responsible for general facility maintenance work. The hours are Monday - Friday and start / end times are flexible. Overtime is optional. We provide a company vehicle and pay a premium hourly rate. I don't post on here often, but I have to share a story from yesterday. I received a call from one of our customers and here is how the conversation went:
* Greenwood, IN
* Major supplier of materials needed for first responder's
* 1:30pm
Client: "We just had a lady come into our store and shop for an hour. She touched everything she could touch, then walked to the cashier and put product down to pay. Finally, she looked at the cashier and said 'I tested positive for COVID-19' and walked out."
The store had to close down for the rest of the day and I had to send (4) technicians there to completely disinfect everything. The store not only lost a day's worth of business, but materials people truly need to stay safe were now at risk. Why would someone do this? Do people really think this is a joke? Why would you intentionally put people in harm's way or, on the flip side, why would you lie about having this awful virus?
I am truly THANKFUL for the employees I have who take care of our customers without blinking an eye. I am FORTUNATE we have the solvency to stay afloat in these difficult times. My team IS the BEST team! I will NEVER take them for granted.

One of our technicians is getting ready to start his HVAC training. This is a 2-year process where he will earn all his certifications as well as college credits. We take care of our employees as they are our most valuable asset.
