Our clients chose an unlacquered brass sink faucet—a true living finish that is just beginning to age. It starts out a bright, shiny gold and slowly evolves into a sophisticated, rich brown with warm amber undertones. ✨

What is your favorite metal finish? Let’s debate in the comments! 👇

Maximizing light and flow is what we aim to do. 📐✨
For this project, our clients had a unique challenge: three back doors clustered together, featuring an older door right next to a double French door. We consolidated the entry into a single, beautiful solid hardwood door with ample glass to keep the indoor area bright and inviting.
Outside, we elevated the entire transition to the backyard by replacing the outdated decking with a classic stone demilune staircase and a charming patio designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Bright, open, and designed to feel effortless.

From the custom built-ins to the restored fireplace and oversized windows, every detail in this space was built to bring in light and create flow throughout the home.

Simple on the surface, but a lot of intentional work behind it.

Sunlight like this changes everything.

The way it moves through the bay windows and hits the floors makes the whole room feel alive.

And that fireplace, not just a detail, it anchors the entire space.

This is what happens when design actually considers how a home feels, not just how it looks.
