Why we can't give you a price in 30 seconds...

“How much would it cost to remodel my bathroom?”

It’s absolutely a fair question, but that’s a little like asking how much a car costs.

Are we changing the layout? Moving plumbing? New flooring? Custom shower? Vanity? Lighting? What materials are you choosing?

And then there’s what we find once we actually get into the space. Sometimes a “simple” remodel has a few surprises waiting for us.

That’s why we like to see the space, talk through your vision and work out the details before putting a number on it.

Because unfortunately, “just make it look nice” isn’t a line item in QuickBooks 😬.

We’ve been SWAMPED the last few weeks, the good kind. Between ongoing projects, estimates, planning meetings, getting kids ready for back to school, actually sending them back to school, football games, derbies and somehow waking up to Monday again every seven days…

You ever keep telling yourself, “When things slow down…”?

Yeahhh. We’re not sure when that’s happening. 😂

But somewhere in the middle of the chaos, we’re still showing up, still swinging hammers, still painting all the things, still transforming spaces and still getting projects across the finish line.

These photos are a pretty good reminder of why we do what we do. A little patience, a lot of hard work, a few choice words for a certain big box store and suddenly the space that once looked like that👇looks like this ✨. We will have lots of details to share on this kitchen update very soon!

So if you’ve messaged us, requested an estimate or you’re waiting on us to get back to you: we see you, we haven’t forgotten you and we appreciate your patience more than you know.

We’re juggling a lot right now, but we’re incredibly grateful that “busy” is our biggest problem.

And apparently, “when things slow down” is just something we say to make ourselves feel better 🤣😂

🤍Three years in business.

Three years of pouring our sweat, blood, tears, time and whole hearts into something we started with nothing more than a vision and the willingness to work for it.

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, late nights, mistakes, hard lessons, stressful moments and plenty of times we’ve had to figure things out as we went. But every challenge has taught us something and every opportunity to learn has made us better.

We’ve grown this business one project, one referral, one happy client and one finished job at a time. We’ve invested in ourselves, taken every educational opportunity available to us, pushed ourselves outside of our comfort zones and constantly looked for ways to improve..not just our craftsmanship but the experience we give our clients.

Most importantly, we’ve built this business on something we refuse to compromise: standing behind our work and doing things the right way.

There is so much pride in looking back at where we started and seeing how far we’ve come. What started as a leap of faith has become something we’ve poured our lives into..and something we’re incredibly proud to call ours.

To every client who trusted us with your home, every person who referred us to someone they care about, every friend and family member who cheered us on and everyone who has supported BK Moore in any way...thank you. You are a huge part of this story.

Three years down. A whole lot of lessons learned. A whole lot more work ahead.

Countertops are IN! 🤍

Another big step toward bringing this kitchen renovation together and these countertops are absolutely gorgeous! The subtle veining adds just the right amount of character while keeping the space bright, clean and timeless.

We’ve still got some backsplash to install and finishing touches to go, but this kitchen is really starting to come together! ✨

Back to work today after a busy weekend! ☀️

We spent the weekend picking up those last-minute school things for the kids and yesterday getting our Deerassic Park cleanup done with our Meadowbrook football boys. 💪🏼🏈

Now it’s back to the grind and this week is shaping up to be a busy one! 🔨

🛠️ Kitchen project: Countertops going in tomorrow, followed by backsplash, crown molding and shelving.

🚿 Master bedroom/bathroom project: Electrical and drywall going up this week.

📋 Plus estimates, planning meetings and getting everything lined up for the projects ahead.

We’re grateful for a full schedule and even more grateful for the families who trust BK Moore with their homes. ❤️
