**Semler Homes** is looking to partner with a talented and creative **Interior Designer** to assist with interior and exterior finish selections for our new construction homes!

We're looking for someone with an eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with our customers, helping guide them through the selection process to create beautiful, coordinated finishes for their new homes.

**Areas of collaboration include:**

✔️ Guiding homeowners through the design and selection process
✔️ Exterior siding, stone, roofing & color combinations
✔️ Cabinetry, countertops & backsplash selections
✔️ Flooring, paint & interior finishes
✔️ Lighting, plumbing fixtures & hardware
✔️ Overall design coordination

This would be an **independent contractor relationship, not an employee position**, with opportunities to collaborate on multiple new home projects.
