It's Project Manager Month at Alair, and this week we're spotlighting Joshua Sandoval, project manager at Alair Tri Counties.
Joshua began his career in construction at a young age, building a diverse foundation of hands-on experience. He went on to specialize in commercial diving, performing work for municipal water districts and nuclear power facilities, where safety, precision and attention to detail were essential.
He later moved into construction management within the flooring and insurance restoration industries before expanding into custom kitchen and bathroom installations throughout the Santa Barbara area. Working with discerning clients and high-end finishes deepened his understanding of the craft, communication and attention to detail required to deliver exceptional results.
Over the following six years, Joshua continued to grow his experience, taking on increasingly complex projects and larger scopes of work. Today, he serves as a project manager for high-end residential construction, bringing together his technical knowledge, hands-on background and commitment to quality.
For Joshua, the details matter. His goal is to provide every client with an exceptional finished product and a professional, well-managed experience from start to finish.
