Wiring this massive 2 car garage with an apartment above. My son and I did the service today while John started roughing in the apartment. There will be a 100 amp subpanel upstairs running off the 200 amp panel in the garage. There will also be 3 ev chargers in the garage. Stay tuned for this one!

Wall close in rough in inspection passed at the American Legion in Lusby. All the previous hvac conduits were moved outside (with new disconnects) so tile can be set all the way up the interior walls of the bathrooms. The lights and fan switch legs will get surface mounted conduit on the tiled walls with occupancy sensors.

Out with the old fluorescent fixtures and in with the new 6 inch LED recessed the lights. We installed 13 to brighten up this wood working area. After, during, and before pictures. My son Chase was working today (for the summer) and is starting to collect his hours under my master’s so he too can become licensed one day. Proud of you boy! I might be biased as an electrician but I couldn’t think of a better paying trade to make a good living.

Wired this shed for lighting and receptacles this morning. I was able to get power from a GFCI protected dedicated 20 amp receptacle that was for an old pool pump. The pool is no longer there.
