Houston we HAD a problem. A good friend of mine needed a service call today for his dryer tripping the breaker whenever he turned it on. The old 30 amp dryer plug had burned up and ended up shorting the cord as well. Problem solved! It’s a good idea to check your cord and plug appliances especially on 240v to potentially stop what could become a fire hazard. Replaced a 50 amp garage subpanel this morning and added a dual function 20 amp breaker for the receptacle circuit. This panel needed to be swapped out.

Permitted electrical job for fire damage. We are doing the electrical for KB Home Services! Appreciate you Kenny Bowen. John is taking care of business on this while I’m on other jobs and I’m blessed to have another great electrician on the team!

We are busy! John is working on a fire damage job and today I installed a new light over the countertop that had no previous power/box. I also installed a Lutron smart switch with a dimmer for it. While there I also changed devices and cover plates to black because the walls were repainted.

Service call for an attic fan not working. After testing the switch and thermostat we found the fan motor was bad. John swapped it out to get the fan working again.

Permitted dedicated 20 amp circuit for a refrigerator in a garage on a dual function afci/gfci breaker. We are calling in for rough in and final at the same time because the job was so small.
