Quality work does not always end the day a project is finished.

Sometimes something needs adjusted. Sometimes a small area needs touched up. Sometimes a customer wants a detail changed. Whatever the reason, we believe in going back and making it right to the best of our ability.

Today that looked like turning a quick service call into a family outing. Dad fixing a small issue on a customer's home while his son watched and learned alongside him. It is moments like these that remind us that this truly is a family business.

The cheapest bid is rarely the cheapest project.

Most people are not comparing apples to apples. One builder may include things another builder leaves out. One may use better materials. One may spend more time making sure things are done right the first time.

A lower price today can become a much higher price later.

When it comes to building, we believe quality and honesty matter more than being the lowest number on the page.

These two buildings are getting close to being completed. Just some finishing touches left!

That custom home we shared back in February is officially finished on the exterior, and it turned out great. It is always rewarding seeing a project go from the framing stage to a finished exterior and seeing the vision come together.

Thought we would share a little behind the scenes of what business ownership looks like around here. 😉

It truly is a blessing, but there definitely is not much clocking out. A lot of evenings look like doing bids, answering calls, planning projects, and talking through details at the dinner table or while driving around with the family.

A lot more goes into these projects behind the scenes than most people realize. We put a lot of time, care, and effort into making sure our customers get quality materials, solid planning, and a project that is thought through down to the last piece.
