We were first approached by Tina Chaidez-Duenkel and Shane in 2020 for a quote on rebuilding their deck. Despite initial uncertainty, the project was revisited in October of last year, and we were pleased to move forward. Our team expertly demolished and constructed a beautiful 20x16 deck and porch overhang. The partnership quickly grew from a professional relationship to a familial one, and working with Tina and Shane has been a true pleasure. The project has since expanded with an additional 12 feet added to the deck and overhang porch, now measuring 32x16. We have continued to work with Tina and Shane on various projects, including trench installation along the carport for improved water flow, concrete porch leveling, electrical services such as fan installation and outlet setup, and carport garage repairs to ensure waterproofing. Tina and Shane are the kind of clients that make working on every project a pleasure, feeling more like family than clients.

We have completed a 13x12 home addition project in Jefferson City, rectifying the situation left by an unlicensed contractor who started the work. The existing structure required demolition, and we rebuilt it from scratch. This situation demonstrates the importance of hiring a licensed and insured contractor to prevent substantial financial loss. Before and after photos can be found below.

5 coats of polyutherane and its done. Sanded with a 400 grit in between every coat
