Huge shoutout to Stephens Tire for getting our trailer back on the road. Called them at 9 am this morning, made the trip to their shop in Cold Spring from Florence, and by 10, they had us back up and going with 2 brand new tires. Give them a call for all your tire needs, these guys know what they’re doing, and don’t mess around!

Small job in Walton/Independence today on this new home build. If you’re in need of anything propane related, reach out to Jason Stouffer with Propane King! Temporary heat, permanent tanks, propane servicing, etc. they can handle it all!

The weather is finally warming up, and so are our machines. They definitely got a work out this week. 1st a 4500 sq foot multi-unit town home basement for Drees Homes in Hebron, that will feature the Superior Walls system. Then, it was off to Alexandria to dig a 1300 sq ft garage basement that will feature 12’ retaining walls, James Hardie siding, and a nice rock veneer exterior finish. Much more in the pipe line, as well as finishing up a couple deck projects is going to keep us moving!

Wall day! This morning, KOI Superior Wall showed up to start setting the walls for this Drees Home condo building. These walls are made right here in Kentucky, just off KY 18 in Burlington. This process will take about 2 days. Once complete, the concrete contractor can come in to pour the basement floors, followed by the framing crew to start framing.

Another beautiful weekend, and another project started. Yes, we do decks too! The beginnings of a 275’ sq ft deck on a brand new house. Composite decking with a PVC railing will serve this family with years of entertainment and memory making space!
