At Project La Salle, we’re building two new ADUs on the same site:

• 1,000 sq ft, two-story ADU with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• 550 sq ft ADU with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

Each unit has its own layout and purpose, designed around making the most out of the property while keeping the spaces functional.

There’s still more work ahead, but seeing both structures come together shows what’s possible when a property is planned the right way.

After months of planning and construction, this 1,200 sq ft ADU is complete.

The final walkthrough shows how the two 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units came together, from the kitchens and bedrooms to the bathrooms and exterior details.

Every part of this build was planned around making the space functional, efficient, and ready for everyday living.

ADU code compliance work can be stressful, especially when there are drawings, inspections, and a lot of moving parts involved.

Our team was able to take it from the updated plans all the way through inspection and get the renovation completed in about three months.
