Harcrow Electric, LLC is currently in the process for taking applications for a project manager position. Please find the details listed below for this job.
Summary: As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial/industrial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. This position reports to the supervisor of operations for the particular job you are working on at Harcrow Electric, LLC.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Job Specifics:
• Manage all financial aspects of projects through ongoing job forecasting.
• Oversee pre-con meetings to ensure successful handoff from estimating to field.
• Set clear goals and expectations to foremen.
• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
• Manage all closeout procedures for jobs.
• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
• Provide coaching/counseling to foremen.
• Develop/maintain network of professional relationships within our industry.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Accredited courses or school is a plus and will be taken into consideration.
• 3 years successful electrical PM experience (large job experience and OSHA 30 a plus).
• Experience in electrical estimating a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
