Our Pacifica Hot Tubs, Hot Tub Shells are made with Lucite (PLASKOLITE) acrylic, reinforced by one layer of vinyl ester resin and 2 layers of polyester resin mixed fiberglass. We use reverse molding for a better overall quality hot tub shell experience. See us jump from the top corner into the footwell of this empty Pacifica Hot Tub. Most hot tub shells from other hot tub manufacturers will break. Stay away from any hot tub that weighs less that 600 lbs. it is cheaply made.

Our Pacifica Hot Tubs frame are built to last. Beware of cheap sheet metal and 2x2 wooden frames. We use full 2x4s, plastic bottom and platform boards. Sturdy as can be. A huge bonus is the already reinforced back so you can easily add a cover lifter and attach it to our frame. Going above and beyond what you need. Happy Soaking! 😎🌀🏝🤙🏽

If you want a high quality hot tub, perfect plumbing is key. All 3/4" water lines, need to be glued and clamped on both ends. From the jet body, to the water manifolds. Smaller 3/8" air hoses, do not need to be clamped, unless used for water lines. So, we do not clamp them. Glue however, is a must for proper durability. You will be surprised how many manufacturers only use glue on all lines to save a buck or two. That risks a much higher probability of an instant or future leak. Pacifica Hot Tubs, only builds hot tubs that last. The right way or nothing at all. Happy Soaking 🌀😎🏝🤙🏽
