I'm Sarah Macon, the owner and lead technician of MaconAire, based out of Calera, AL. And yes, that means there IS an HVAC company out there that is owned and operated by a WOMAN! Not only that, it is the primary goal of MaconAire to be a starting and growing place for hopefully many female technicians who are interested in becoming masters of the trade. This company is primarily founded on 2 conc
epts:
1. INTEGRITY --- You have every right to expect nothing less from us than the utmost honesty, even if it is painful. Misleading you, convincing you that you need something you don't, and lying to you are the opposite of what you will experience here. We at MaconAire have the highest standards you could imagine, and it really doesn't matter what it takes to uphold those standards. You will always be treated as the genuine person you are, and our relationship together will be mutually beneficial.
2. INTELLIGENCE --- The HVAC trade has gradually become more and more of a joke and a scam. Overall trust in technicians has diminished because it is apparent that many who show up to work on your equipment are quite clueless. It's hard to know who to trust, especially when you don't know how your equipment works! But it's not all lost. There are actually a LOT of good, smart techs out there, and we are trying to reclaim the world one house or business at a time. All technicians here are hired only because they have proven an impressive aptitude to use ALL parts of the brain to diagnose, repair, and maintain your equipment. Just as you would balk at the idea of a not-so-bright doctor operating on your heart, you would also reasonably reject the sketchy technician about to perform surgery on your high dollar equipment. Surgeons are expected to be intelligent experts. Expect the same from your HVAC company. Are you ready? No more scamming. No more frustration. No more BULL. We are the real thing. See intelligence and integrity in the HVAC field for yourself, up close and personal, perhaps even for the first time. You've got this. Go ahead and call. See you very soon,
Sarah
