We want to take a minute to give a shoutout to one of the guys who helps keep this whole operation moving and to his forgiving wife Nicole and family who all have the patience of saints for putting up with the long hours!

Meet **Nathan Matz**, Co-owner, operator, and apparently someone who forgot owners were allowed to sit in an office. 😏

On any given day, you can find Nathan right out there with the crews: digging, moving, fixing, hauling, hustling, and getting just as dirty as the next guy. If there’s work to be done, chances are he’s somewhere in the middle of it.

Thanks for being one of our fearless leaders, Nathan Matz

We appreciate all the long hours, hard work, and everything you do to make sure our crews have a place to call work.

🩷And to your wife and family, thank you for sharing him with us!
