We made the enclosed porch area back into a deck. Rebuilt the deck framing, sonotubes with rebar, connected to 6x6 posts, with a triple 2x10 header around for roof support, capped off with black metal structural corner, and post to beam connectors. 😀

My clients had a hard time with a crew who mixed two types of stain together on their building.
Needless to say, they we're not happy, so I stripped it all off,and yes it was tough as nails lol.
Sanded everything down nicely and applied two coats of what they wanted to begin with, but i added a additive to keep the carpenter bees away for good.

Dear YCS Community,

York Central School in conjunction with local and county EMS agencies, will be conducting a DWI motor vehicle crash simulation at the YCS Transportation building.

Do not be alarmed by the flurry of EMS vehicles going into the school parking lot. High School Juniors and Seniors will attend the simulation.
