Your Downpayment is a “contract” to schedule your project to be done by Advanced Tile & Flooring, LLC. You do not receive that money back, IF you change your mind to have it done by another , DIY, cheaper, earlier, etc. The downpayment is the contract/agreement for us to do YOUR PROJECT for the “estimated quote” provided, as long as there are no surprises beneath removed materials . It is also collected to be placed on a “ Blocked Time on Calendar”. To sum up the “PURPOSE OF CONTRACT/NON-REFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT”, it is to PROTECT BOTH (YOU & AT&F, LLC) clarifying the obligation of BOTH: What services will be done by Advanced Tile The Estimate , Scheduled Calendar Dates…

*With that said, we are flexible for customers “emergencies” and will work with getting you back into the schedule in a timely manner, in the event of needing to change the dates. Shower Floor Removal & REDO

Removed 1st row tile/drywall, shower pan/tile & drain assembly ( pipe needs changed to 2”, as well )

Installed new subfloor, Schluter Tray, Drain Assembly Kit , Kerdi Board, 10 “ Banding and Corners.

Installed Mosaic Tiles , Wall Tile and Mapei Grout and Matching Caulk .

*Drain was set above tile by previous installer ( Customer stated it was a local Contractor) 😢 . He only used what looked like Kerdi fix to set Shower Tray ( barely any at that), Fl**ge and Drain Assembly. The pan was bouncing around and also set curb on top of tray . ( homeowner wasn’t ready to replace everything , yet.) There was no Allset to be found in setting tray/Drain Assembly Kit. Glue was also used by previous installer to install tiles, along with using the schluter Kerdi fabric trowel to install.

The subfloor was soaked and dripping into basement. It was stated previous contractor “fixed it” by adding more grout …fail 😕( If this was your work, please contact owner and make it right .)
