I’m going to make something VERY clear about Chapman Curb Appeal.

If we find out you are a registered s*x offender, especially when it involves children, you WILL be fired as a client. Immediately.

We DO NOT support that s**t at any cost.

I don’t care how much money you spend with us. I don’t care how long you’ve been a client. And I honestly don’t care if making this statement gives our business a bad reputation or costs us customers.

There are some things that are bigger than business and bigger than money.

We are a family-owned business. We have children of our own, we work in neighborhoods full of families and children every single day, and we will not knowingly continue doing business with someone whose actions go against everything we stand for.

Not every dollar is worth taking.

If standing firm on that costs us business, then so be it. We’ll sleep just fine at night knowing exactly where we stand.

We wanted to give everyone an update.

After June 13th, Chapman Curb Appeal will officially be back out and operating on our regular schedule. While we have done our best to continue serving our customers, the loss of my father-in-law has understandably taken a toll on our family, and we’ve needed time to be with our loved ones and navigate this difficult season.

We truly appreciate the patience, understanding, and support we’ve received from our customers, friends, and community during this time.

Moving forward, we will be resuming regular lawn maintenance and landscaping services, as well as accepting new clients. We are ready to get back to doing what we love and providing the quality service our customers deserve.

Thank you all for your continued support. We look forward to serving both our existing and new customers as we move ahead together.

Position: Lawn Care / Landscaping Assistant
Pay: $15/hour (more based on experience)
Location: Caddo Mills, TX & surrounding areas

Job Duties:
• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Blowing off driveways & sidewalks
• Flowerbed cleanups & general yard work
• Assisting with landscaping projects

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation
• Must be dependable and show up on time
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
• Willing to learn and work as a team
