Dear Valued Customer,

As this pool season comes to a close Jeff and I wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for your continued support and the trust you place in us. We are so thankful that we get to help our customers prepare for a relaxing weekend by the pool with friends/family and for their big poolside events - Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, birthdays, graduations, etc. Recognizing the importance of these moments, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and transparency in all aspects of our business.

Since opening our doors 3 years ago, we have worked hard to provide the level of service that warrants the trust you put in us. That being said, our third year has by far been our most challenging. For those times that we fell short, we are truly sorry to have disappointed you. We are so grateful for the grace that you all have shown us this season. Thank you for not giving up on us. Thank you for allowing us the space to make mistakes, learn from them, and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

We are so excited to take this Fall/Winter to continue servicing our community, while also implementing some new processes to overcome the struggles we experienced with this pool season. Please know, we are committed to providing the level of service that secures us as your #1 pool and hot tub service option.
