Fall is near, if your project requires short lead time precast concrete products, contact Superior Precast Concrete. These foundation piers are nearly 10-ton with 1-1/2" anchor bolts, ready to pick from the semi trailer and placed directly into the excavation. No need to mobilize a crew, forms, ready mix trucks, etc. Excavation and placement of these piers is planned for 1 day vs impacting project schedules for multiple days. This order of piers is going to North Dakota on a project with a tight schedule and limited labor resources. None of this would be possible without a customer identifying the problem and a production crew able to produce a solution.
