We were called in to relieve excess ground water from around the footings to ensure the longevity of the structure. We installed a French drain that captures the water and directs it away from the deck.

While this set of stairs remains to be one of my favorite elements on this project, I can’t believe we landed this job.

We closed this project before we had any design software. What I did have however is a paper, colored pencils, and some rapport.

A wall we built 2 years ago. I love to see how these natural stone walls age!

At the time, this was the largest retaining we had built, measuring 7’ tall and over 110’ long.
—
There was not much of a usable backyard until we showed up. Now the clients have a wonderful space they can enjoy!
