Paint, deck rehab and a new kitchen floor. The kitchen floor came with a little surprise, a previous layer of unexpected flooring that had to come out! We don’t rake our customers over the coals for these little hiccups but not every contractor is the same. It’s tough as a customer to negotiate when the floor where you prepare your food is torn up. Make sure you either have the right the right scope of work or the right contractor! On a side note they were GREAT customers! Loved working with them:)
