Here's something you probably didn't know: the outdoor install you see in September started in March.

For outdoor plantscaping, we ask for 4 to 6 months of lead time, because that's how far in advance our growers need to know what's coming so they can plan their crop.

Indoor installations move a little faster, but from walkthrough to completion, six weeks is a typical timeline.

Here's what that process actually looks like:

- Consultation and site walkthrough
- Design proposal and approval
- Containers sourced, plants ordered on the next truck
- Crew scheduled around your building and your team

It comes down to a few things working together.
- Scale: Plants need to be big enough to feel like they belong in the space, not placed in it.
- Layering: Ground cover, mid-level foliage, and canopy trees create depth that a single-tier planting never achieves.
- Details: Stone paths, a water feature, the way light hits the fronds in the afternoon.

Basil, thyme, and rosemary alongside sweet potato vine, impatiens, and coleus. A full mix of herbs and ornamental plants growing together on a large outdoor wall system.

The kitchen gets fresh herbs from the same wall that guests walk past on their way in. Plants that are both aesthetic and functional—our favorite kind of install!
