Ferris State University is about to welcome students back to campus, and for some, into a brand new residence hall for the very first time. We’re proud to have been a part of building Stadium Hall, which stands 167 feet tall at the end zone of the football field.

Our team has been a part of this project with Granger Construction Company since December. This project took 140 yards of grout, 23,000 CMU, and 288,000 utility brick which reach all the way to the top of the building.

The design and build of this project is outstanding, and it will leave a lasting impact on students for years to come. We’re grateful to have been a part of bringing the vision to life!

We’re near the finish line on this project! Our crews completed several elevator and stairway shafts, as well as a large CMU wall this past spring. Now, we’re finishing up the decorative exterior brick around the base of the buildings.

Looking forward to seeing the project all come together!

Excited to see this project coming together at the Ecumenical Senior Center in Kalamazoo!

Several areas of this building will feature exterior stonework that extends from the base of the building to the roofline. The black grout is a sharp contrast against the stone, which showcases the details of the masonry and the overall design.
