🛁 Tore out the old, nasty tub
🚿 Installed a new fiberglass shower base & surround

✨ Finished it off with a brand-new shower door

FRIDAY — FINISHING THE WEEK WHILE BUILDING THE NEXT ONE. 🔨📐

Friday isn’t always about wrapping up early.

Today I’m behind the scenes drawing plans, laying out bathrooms, collecting on completed work, and putting the details together for what’s coming next.

That’s the part of construction most people never see.

Before the demo starts…
Before the lumber shows up…
Before the tile goes down…
Before you ever see that finished transformation…

Somebody has to have a plan.

Measurements have to work. Layouts have to make sense. Crews have to know where they’re going. Materials have to be ready. Numbers have to be right.

Anybody can stay busy.

The goal is to stay productive, stay organized, finish what we start, and keep moving forward.

We’ve had a heck of a week, and we’re not taking our foot off the gas yet.

Finish Friday strong. Monday is already coming. 💪🔨

THURSDAY — THREE JOBS. THREE DIFFERENT STAGES. ONE STANDARD. 🔨🏠

Another busy day for Taylor & Sons Construction, and the projects are moving!

🚜 Checking progress on our guest house build as we keep that project moving forward.

🔨 Finishing up demolition on the Benson Bath & Closet Project — getting everything cleared out and ready for the transformation to begin.

🚿 And at another bathroom remodel, we’re down to the finishing touches and shower door before we call that one DONE. ✅

That’s one of my favorite parts about this business — one job is just getting started while another is crossing the finish line.

Behind every finished project are weeks of planning, demo, material runs, problem solving, coordination, and a crew putting in the work.

🏡 TWO HOMES. ONE PROPERTY. COMPLETE EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION. 🔥

Check out these BEFORE & AFTERS from our latest project in Byhalia , Mississippi!

Both homes on this property received a full exterior renovation, and the difference is HUGE.

🔨 Scope of work included:
• Siding replacement & repairs

🏠 NEW BUILD UNDERWAY | BURNS FAMILY GUEST HOUSE

Another one is officially started! 💪

Today we kicked off dirt work on the Burns family guest house—getting the site prepped, digging footings, and laying the groundwork for what’s going to be a beautiful new addition to their property.

There’s something about starting with nothing but dirt and a set of plans… then watching it turn into a home. 🔨🏠

We’ll be sharing the progress from dirt work ➡️ foundation ➡️ framing ➡️ all the way to the finished product.

🚧 BIG BATHROOM ADDITION UNDERWAY! 🚧

This one is getting the full custom treatment. 🔨

We’re building out a brand-new master bathroom addition while converting the existing master bathroom into a custom master closet. New layout, new purpose, and a whole lot of detail going into every step.

This isn’t just a remodel — we’re completely reworking the space to fit the homeowner and give them the master suite they’ve been wanting.

Lots of custom work on this one, and it’s going to be 🔥 when we’re finished.

Some days you’re swinging a hammer. Some days you’re hauling trailers, checking crews, meeting customers, ordering materials, and putting numbers together.
