Washer, Dryer, & pump wired, protected, and ready to go!

Re located from 1st floor to basement. Had to anchor some boxes and conduit onto the foundation wall to accommodate for new washer and dryer location!

Another washer and dryer knocked out!!
Looking to upgrade your old laundry set up?

New laundry dryers require a 4 wire set up. New england homes; typically older ones will have old 3 wire cloth or BX. New dryer locations require gfci protection amongst the circuit which require a 4 wire set up. (2 hots a & b phase with a neutral and ground)

Also some under cabinet lighting set ups in order to provide some ambient lighting as well as luxurious decorative accents to the space!

The after pictures will look phenomenal!

Dreams dont work unless you do.

Removed upper cabinet lighting in exchange for a sink light. Added a gfi protected 30 a circuit for a dual fuel stove. All new LED undercab lighting. Next up is custom color matched devices to the new backsplash and this project is complete!

Reach out for your lighting upgrades!!!

This house was in desperate need for some overhead lighting.. got this one hooked up with 4" recess where there was no overhead before. Removed the old track lighting from the bedrooms and added a centerlight to eliminate using outdated lamps. Also changed out the old halogen cans for updated led retrofit trims!
