Another roof done this week 🏠🔨
This was a complete roof replacement from the trusses up. We started by stripping off all of the old metal roofing that had not been properly installed and was causing leaks. Once everything was removed, we inspected the structure, then re-sheeted the entire roof with 5/8" plywood before installing the new Kelly Green metal roofing.
We also installed new fascia metal on the gable ends to finish everything off and give t⁷his home a clean, finished look.

Another roof completed by the team this week! 🏠
This two-story home had an old slate roof that was beginning to fail, so the homeowners decided it was time for an upgrade. We replaced it with a textured charcoal gray metal roof, giving the home a completely fresh, updated look. All materials supplied by Spectrum Sales LLC.
The difference is incredible, and even better, the homeowners can have peace of mind knowing they now have a roof built to last for many years to come. 💪

Well, today turned into an interesting one! 😅
We got a call from a homeowner who was having water come in around the top of one of her windows. I figured we’d pull a little siding off, find the culprit, make the repair, and be on our way.
Well… it wasn’t quite that simple. 🤦‍♂️
This home had a brand-new roof installed last year by a local company, and the old shingles had been completely removed. Once we started taking the siding apart and getting into the area where the leak was coming from, we found the problem.
There was no step flashing installed where the roof met the wall. The shingles had simply been run up against the blue fanfold behind the siding. Also had to fix around the pipe flashings.
What started out looking like a small leak repair quickly turned into a much bigger project to properly correct the roofing and flashing so this homeowner doesn’t continue dealing with water getting where it shouldn’t.
This is a perfect example of why proper flashing and installation details matter. You can have a brand-new roof, but if the details aren't done correctly, it can still cause some major problems down the road.
Sometimes that “little leak” turns into a much bigger project—but we got them all fixed up and back to keeping the water outside where it belongs. Final and during 📸 ⬇️

Another Little Project Knocked Out! 🔨

We took this tub/shower from old and outdated to clean, fresh, and functional!
We removed the old shower, including the cast-iron drains, and tore out the existing tile.
In its place, we installed a brand-new all-white tub and surround with chrome fixtures.
A simple transformation that makes a BIG difference! 🙌

Basement Reveal
🏠 IT’S TIME FOR THE BIG REVEAL! 🏠
After a lot of hard work, this 2,000 sq. ft. basement project is finally finished, and this one turned out PHENOMENAL! 🔥

This project had a few extra challenges and additions along the way, including some things the homeowners wanted incorporated into the basement. One of those was a laundry chute. After some figuring and finding the right space to make it work, we were able to bring their idea to life—and it turned out great! 👌

There’s definitely a photo overload on this one, but trust me, you’re going to want to check them all out. 📸 We’ve included pictures from start to finish so you can see just how much this basement was transformed.

A huge THANK YOU! to these homeowners for being so great to work with and for being incredibly patient with us throughout the project. We had to wait on several custom pieces, including the countertops, shower doors, and bathroom vanity, and they were nothing but understanding through the process.
In the end, we think the wait was well worth it! 💯
Another basement transformation in the books! 🔨🏠
