Boiler tune up this week! This boiler was becoming over pressurized and leaking water from the prv valve. Upon investigation I was able to trouble shoot a faulty boiler make up water valve leaking by during heating cycles. We quickly removed the old valve and changed it out for a quality caleffi valve and added an auto air vent up high on the system. Happy to say that this customer is ready for winter!
