🚗When is the best time to crack fill and sealcoat?

🚕New asphalt should be seal coated within 3-12 months after it has been paved. This is the length of the proper curing process of asphalt and should be sealed with sealer that is impervious to the weather and vehicle fluids. Cracks need to be filled when they appear as waiting can only cause further damage. Periodic application of both sealing and crack filling is recommended every 2-5 years.
