RTS- Remote Transaction System
We install and service many different RTS units. Most people refer to it as "the tube thing at the bank". Or, "the drive up thingy".

Customers are utilizing this convenient bank equipment less these days. With direct deposit and electronic banking, there is hardly the need to ever step foot in your financial institution.

Nevertheless, we are in the process of installing an extremely "Remote" transaction system. This customer leased bank space that had a separate teller counter for customers and an area for the drive up teller. Utilizing a two way audio-visual system in conjunction with rerouting the RTS tube, tellers can multi-task servicing both drive up and lobby customers.
This is an example of our dedication to provide our customers with the right equipment. This system provides a personal feel with the convenience of a drive through for banking.

We are currently finalizing a vehicular access control project. This system allows entry by scanning a sticker mounted on each vehicles windshield. The system and gate can operate withinin seconds however it has been nessesary to limit traffic speed. People are impatient and drive way to fast!

Exterior cameras are subject to all weather elements. Even weather proof boxes can conduct moisture or sweating. In certain installations we put silicate or dry bags in each box to help provide system reliability. In some cases we will use dielectric grease to keep contact points from tarnishing.
This is an example of a problem we found with a system we recently started servicing. The customer complained that the system was installed one year ago and kept failing. It just makes sense to install the system right the first time!
