🌱 If your lawn is thin, compacted, or just looking tired after summer, fall is the best window of the year to fix it — specifically for aeration and overseeding.

Late August through mid-September is when cool-season lawns in Butler County establish best. Soil is still warm from summer, the air is cooling off, and w**d pressure drops way down — all of which means new grass roots faster and deeper before winter hits.

The order matters too: aerate first, then overseed right after. The holes from aeration give seed direct contact with soil instead of sitting on top, competing with existing turf for space and nutrients.

We’re in the Butler Eagle! Having the newspaper call us to be the professionals in their article is a little bit surreal for me. It’s super rewarding to see how far we’ve come in five years.
