This was once laundry room with soffits no bathroom fan. We had to make this make this into a functional ADA accessible bathroom grab bars still to go in but everything turned out beautiful. 3 inch Drain line brought over to tie in toilet with a dry vent and vanity 2 inch with the shower 2 inch tying in a wet vent for the shower.

Moved laundry to the basement everything turned out beautiful
