👋 A Little About Me — Chris

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!

I just wanted to take a moment today to say hello and introduce myself once again. My name is Chris, and I’ve been in the plumbing and construction trades for 26 years, starting when I was just 17 years old.

I started my career working for a large construction company in the Cleveland area. I spent 10 years there and honestly thought I would probably retire with that company. It was a great company and gave me an incredible foundation in the trades.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on some pretty amazing projects and for some great people. Some examples of my work include setting a toilet for Tom Hamilton of the Cleveland Indians. I always joke that Tom is sitting on my throne! 🚽😂

I’ve also had the opportunity to work for former Cleveland Browns player Braylon Edwards and newscaster Ramona Robinson, including working on eight-bathroom, multimillion-dollar homes.

I continued my career in the gas industry, gaining 10 years of experience working hand-in-hand with Columbia Gas. The rest of my career has included working as a service plumber, new-construction plumber, and HVAC technician.

Six years ago, I decided to take everything I had learned over the years and start my own business.

My goal was to offer homeowners something a little different—not just your average plumber or HVAC contractor.

Throughout my years in construction, I worked alongside drywallers, electricians, painters, carpenters, and many other trades. I also started investing in and renovating my own properties and investment properties. That gave me a different perspective on home improvement and what homeowners are putting into their homes.

And that’s how I got here today.

I truly believe that everyone has a purpose in life, and I believe my purpose is to help others. Whether it’s a plumbing repair, HVAC work, a renovation, or simply helping a homeowner figure out the best way to take care of their property, I’m grateful every time someone gives me the opportunity to help.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who has trusted me, called me, referred me, and supported my business over the years. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

The bathroom you see in these pictures is actually a renovation on one of my own properties. This is the kind of work I enjoy doing, and if you’re thinking about renovating your bathroom, updating your home, or need help with your plumbing or HVAC, give me a call.

Awesome customer return customer had me put in a garbage disposal rewire the electric and do a push switch for the garbage disposal. Everything timed out nicely along with that she requested a porch swing. I gave her what she asked for.

Sunday fun day!
One of my awesome clients called me today requesting they had a move out. Tenants evicted and needed the place cleaned. Without hesitation we got the dumpster lined up and got this knocked out on a Sunday. It doesn’t matter if it’s a holiday Saturday or Sunday things still need to get done! Now this landlord can get this place clean and rented! Service with a smile that’s what I offer. This one was a hot mess. Glad we got it all cleaned up for the gentleman . not your average Plumber!

I have different divisions, and one in particular is training the younger generation for any and every job. This teaches responsibility this teaches how to maintain your own home and this also teaches the fundamentals of work ethic. Being a Plumber of 26 years I’m able to offer all the knowledge and expertise along the way with the codes and public safety and health along with Hvac proper size and how to install and size equipment proper duct size static pressure and along with properly running gas line and sizing BTUs.
Whether it’s Drywall, Painting, there’s tips and tricks and things that can help you get the job done cleaner, fast faster, and efficiently. My goal is to help as many people in my lifetime as I can.
