From dated to dreamy. 🌊✨

Our clients saw the potential and we helped bring their vision to life. The goal was brighter, airier, with an inspiration from the coast. So we got to work. Out went the heavy and dark, in came the light, bright, and breezy.

Continuing to highlight our own -- meet Maggie! ✨

As J&K’s Selections Coordinator, Maggie has been helping bring the details of our homes to life since joining the team in May 2025.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Maggie has a natural eye for design—and when she’s not making selections for J&K, you’ll probably find her doing something that involves good food, good people, or good design. She loves spending time with family at the lake, watching just about any sport, visiting friends in their cities, baking and cooking, and, of course, scrolling Pinterest to design her future dream home. 🏡

We’re so lucky to have Maggie’s creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm on the J&K team!

Some beautiful Hamilton Parker tile selections are going in this week at both homes in Chimney Ridge - and . ✨

From classic to unexpected, the right tile can completely transform a space—adding texture, character, and just the right amount of personality.

We’re loving how these selections are coming together and can’t wait to see them take shape in these finished homes!

A weekend well spent at 2026. 🏡✨

The J&K team had a wonderful time exploring the homes at The Estates at Bothe Farms and seeing the incredible work of our fellow Cincinnati builders.

We left feeling inspired and grateful to be part of such a talented local building community. Until next year, Homearama!

New project alert! 🏡✨ Here's a sneak peek at 🎳

Coming soon to Mason, this custom home is centered around family and gathering, with one of its unique features being a Duck Pin Bowling setup in the lower level! Because the best homes are made for more than just living in them.

We can’t wait to watch this one go from teardown to dream home! Follow along with us on the journey 🛠

Sometimes the best homes grow and change with you. 🏡✨

We recently returned to a home we originally built for our clients to help bring their next chapter of the vision to life.

We added a dedicated spa & wellness bathroom and transformed their existing deck into a four-season room, creating even more space to relax, recharge, and enjoy their home year-round.

We love being able to work with past clients long after the original build is complete—and helping their homes continue to evolve with the way they live.
