ELEVATE YOUR EXTERIOR LIVING SPACE 🏡

Check out this transformation! 👀 Swipe through the before-and-after photos from a deck project we recently completed.

While Elev8 308 Construction specializes in custom homes and large-scale remodels, we’re opening up a handful of spots in our schedule for smaller projects — and your exterior might be the perfect place to start.

Thinking about upgrading your deck? Reworking an outdoor living space? Tackling an exterior project that’s been sitting on the list a little too long?

We still have limited openings available and are looking to fill them with projects just like these.

If you have a project in mind, send us a message and let’s see if it’s a fit.

Lake season is coming.

And every year we meet families who say:
“We wish we would’ve started planning sooner.”

If a home, shouse, or retreat near Calamus Reservoir has been on your radar, now is the time to start.

We’re currently taking on new design clients and booking limited building slots to break ground in 2026 — positioning you for an early 2027 move-in.

The best lake seasons don’t happen by accident. They’re planned.

If it’s been on your heart, let’s talk.
