PROJECT UPDATE! 🏗️

Significant progress is being made on the building envelope for the Eisenhower Cooperative Addition at Spaulding School. Face brick is being installed around the building, and the roof is nearing completion above. On the inside, wall framing is going up along with the new MEP systems.

Yesterday our project was honored at the Chicago Metro Chapter Southwest Branch awards banquet, where we proudly accepted the Project of the Year – Structures award for Harmony Square in Tinley Park.

Moments like this are all about teamwork. Huge shoutout to the Mayor and Board for the vision and direction; the Village Administration for the ex*****on, and of course our incredible partners in the design and construction The Lakota Group , Christopher B. A new Chapter for Homer 33c 🏫

We’re proud to share final photos of the $28.3 million facility expansion that officially opened for the 2025-26 school year. This project connected Hadley Middle School and Homer Junior High and adds new: classroom spaces, a shared library, large cafeteria, and a competition gymnasium. This expansion will support the growing student population and strengthen learning opportunities across the district!
