What if your home had its own wellness retreat? 🧖‍♀️

For our October Virtual Happy Hour Home Tour, we’re stepping inside a 1950s rambler in Edina, where thoughtful design transformed an existing lower-level bedroom into a custom two-person sauna.

Featuring warm cedar benches, integrated LED lighting, and carefully planned ventilation and moisture protection, this sauna was designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The project also includes a refreshed main-level bathroom with an expanded vanity, updated tile, and a redesigned shower.

Discover how smart planning and thoughtful craftsmanship can turn existing space into something extraordinary.

1910 Character. Modern Function. A More Cohesive Home.

This 1910 Minneapolis home had evolved through previous renovations and additions, but the main level was still missing the functionality and cohesion the homeowners wanted.

For this remodel, New Spaces took a thoughtful approach—updating and refreshing existing elements, remodeling key areas, and reconfiguring the space plan to improve flow and everyday usability.

A larger island, reimagined pantry, new arches, updated fireplace, and carefully considered architectural details helped bring the kitchen and adjacent spaces together while honoring the character of the original home.

Swipe through the transformation, including the before & afters, and see how thoughtful design can make a meaningful difference.
