This project was a great showcase of the range of work our team can handle on a single home.

We installed GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Barkwood, along with a new 60-mil EPDM flat roof with a tapered drainage system and a 24-gauge standing seam metal roof on the western addition.
But the details didn’t stop there.

The project also included:

For this home, we installed a 24-gauge, 1.5” mechanical-lock standing seam steel roofing system in Stone White—a crisp, durable finish built for long-term performance.

The home already had solar panels, so our scope included carefully removing and reinstalling the solar panels as part of the roofing project.

We finished everything off with:

This home had the beautiful look of traditional Spanish tile, and we kept that character while giving the roof a major upgrade.

Our team replaced the existing Spanish tile with Brava Spanish Barrel Tile in Tuscan Clay; a composite roofing system that delivers the rich color, dimension, and timeless appearance of traditional clay tile with the benefits of modern composite materials.

We also installed a new flat roofing system, allowing our team to handle the different roof types on this home as one complete project.
