On this beautiful red Spanish clay tile roof, our team completed a full maintenance restoration; replacing damaged decking and underlayment while carefully preserving and reinstalling the existing clay tiles.

Blue on blue done right!

This custom standing seam metal roof was designed with both performance and future planning in mind.

We installed:
• 24 gauge CMG’s Kaufman Blue
• 16” striated panels on the main house for a clean, dimensional look
• 24” panels strategically aligned to rafters for future solar integration
• Permanent roof anchors built right into the system

It’s not just about how it looks (though… it looks incredible). It’s about the details, the planning, and doing it the right way from the start.

This custom copper dormer started as flat copper in our metal fabrication shop.

From there, our team rolled the standing seam panels and carefully shaped each piece to match the unique geometry of the dormer.

The sides transition from straight to angled panels that lead into the curved arch at the top; a detail that requires exact measurements, precision rolling, and experienced craftsmanship.

Projects like this are why having an in-house sheet metal shop matters. When the design calls for something truly custom, we can build it.

Copper like this will naturally develop a beautiful patina over time, but the craftsmanship behind it will last for generations.
