The exterior finish is started and the Tyvek is installed on a tiny house from 2009. This can be a good reference point that says a pro or novice is building the cabin. A pro will generally install it so you can read the writing right side up, with minimal seams. Believe it or not, house wrap manufacturers have been known to void the warranty of the product installed upside down. It has to do with how the wicking of the house wrap works. Housewrap is also considered a water shield for water pe*******on into the walls.

Small is Beautiful
Perhaps the romance of the tiny cabin flows from its simplicity, its efficiency, and its beauty. Americans have always appreciated thrift, and admired the efficient use of resources. The person with a small, well-ordered cabin is respected. Large houses can be drafty and require significant energy expenditure to heat or cool; have rooms and spaces that are hardly used; The owner of a large house may find that the house owns the person.
So, here's to the mighty mini. It's small. It's efficient. It's beautiful. It's paid for! Long may it shelter us, welcome us, protect us, keep us warm, keep us dry, keep us snug, and keep us simple!
