Celebrating Ashley Anderson 7 Year Anniversary with TRICO

Behind many of the improvements that help TRICO operate today is a tremendous amount of hard work, perseverance, and follow-through.

Ashley has played an important part in helping our organization grow and adapt, taking on challenges with confidence and helping move meaningful work across the finish line. While her accomplishments speak for themselves, it's the way she supports others, shares her knowledge, and shows up for her teammates that truly sets her apart. We are grateful for the impact she has had and continues to make across TRICO.

We're lucky to have someone with determination, heart, and commitment on the team. Wishing you a very happy anniversary, Ashley!

Lincoln’s Next Act

For generations, the Lincoln Theatre, Mount Vernon WA has been a place where the Skagit Valley gathers to connect, celebrate, learn, and be entertained and inspired!

Completed improvements strengthen that legacy by making the theatre more accessible, comfortable, and prepared for the future, while preserving its character and history. Behind the scenes, a new ADA lift opens backstage to performers and crew of all abilities, and the Foundation office received a refresh that now incorporates the structural supports for the theatre's new HVAC system, helping create a more comfortable experience throughout the historic venue.

Most importantly, these investments help ensure the Lincoln remains a place where artists thrive, young people discover their voice, and neighbors gather for generations to come.

More Than a Barrier

Through TRICO Tech training, we continue building practical skills that strengthen our teams and expand the work we can confidently take on.

Our recent training focused on Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and the systems and practices behind proper installation. ICRA is more than putting up a containment barrier. It is a thoughtful process of evaluating risk and planning mitigation to protect everyone on both sides of that barrier.

A huge thank you to Audrey Wilhonen, Josh Uyeno, Jamison Anderson, and Joe Wittman for bringing the process to life through firsthand experience, field examples, and hands-on demonstrations. The team walked through the ICRA permit and planning process, containment materials, installation methods, and the tools used to monitor conditions throughout the work.

Building this expertise gives TRICO another valuable tool to support our clients, work safely in sensitive environments, and provide ICRA installation expertise to our trade partners.

More Than What We Build

Members of the TRICO team joined NAWIC Puget Sound (the National Association of Women in Construction) and industry partners for an evening centered on relationships, mentorship, and celebrating the contributions of women across the trades.

Through networking, advocacy, and leadership development, NAWIC helps create pathways for growth while bringing professionals together to learn from one another and build a stronger future for our workforce.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the evening a success!
