Life shouldn’t be all about work.

Sometimes you need a space where you can disconnect from everything else and spend time doing what you truly love. For some, it’s music. For others, it’s art, fitness, reading, or a personal passion project.

We built this music studio, but this story isn’t really about the studio itself. It’s about having a place dedicated to what inspires you, brings you joy, and makes each day more meaningful.

Because the best spaces are the ones that help you do more of what makes you happy.

Phase one of this transformation - lowering and leveling the floor to create higher ceilings and completely change the feeling of the space.

We demolished the existing slab, removed soil, installed rough plumbing, and poured a brand-new concrete floor from scratch.

The space already feels bigger, brighter, and more open. And this is only the beginning.

Next step - framing, walls, and turning this first floor into a true living space.
