This house is the perfect reason we tell people to get your roof inspected at least once a year. This was a manufacturer defect claim we completed for this homeowner. If you wait for storm damage before you get your roof inspected, you may be missing defective shingles. This homeowner didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket to get a new roof.
