Starting 7-30-25 Eric & Son’s Privacy Fencing will no longer provide or do any installing of any type of Fence until there has been a deposit put down. We will no longer provide any material until we receive a deposit. The reason? It’s because we purchased this material. We’ve had a couple customers wanted to refuse or decided to do a cancellation when we have purchased the material just for their measurement job. So let’s say for an example,It’s a wood job, and we order 500 foot of wood and the customer decides they no longer want to go with the project. I can no longer sell that wood for the same price because it’s not new Wood !!or if it was any other type of fencing! Some companies that we get a material from, has a policy where they don’t do refunds because of people damaging material, and wanting to return it! They lose money, everybody loses money! So starting July-30-2025 we’ll no longer install or provide any material unless a contract and deposit has been made between both, Customer and Owner. Also look over or ask about Eric’s & Son’s Privacy Fencing contracts if needed. Thank you an have a blessed day
